Remember that not all copyrighted content is eligible for removal. Some videos are protected by fair use and similar laws. For instance, if a creator is showcasing a short snippet of a viral copyrighted video or image, while discussing the story behind such image, that is covered under fair use.
Although LetBoomSpeak Videos is a video platform for silenced creators, copyright law still exists. If you believe that a video is infringing on your copyright, please email us a take down request. We take take-down requests seriously, however we still give power to creators to appeal. Only the copyright owner or an authorized representative can submit a copyright removal request. To request a take down of a video, please email [email protected] with the following format:

In the message field, please put the following:

- Affected Party(s): [Myself / My Company, organization, or client]
- Copyright Owner Name:

- Reason: [Please include a reason why you are requesting the video to be taken down. This is required.]

In the bottom of the email, please include your full signature which contains your full legal name, which is usually your first and last name, as shown on your government-issued ID.
Please attach any sort of video evidence or proof of what was exactly violated by providing things such as a Timestamp, screenshot, etc. into the email as well to better help speed up the process, and increase chances of your request being quickly read.
We will review your request and respond to you within 3 business days. If we decide to take action, we will contact the uploaded of the video and inform them of the takedown. If needed, we may send a follow-up email to the sender’s email address asking for any further information such as evidence, reasoning, etc. When the takedown process has concluded, a follow-up email will be sent to the sender’s email address indicating what steps have been taken. Please read the Terms of Service for further information on how this process works.
