Invisible Narratives and Next Level Apps, who had been engaged in a lawsuit over IP infringement since early 2025, have privately reached a settlement, meaning the lawsuit is very likely coming to a close.
Next Level Apps first caught Invisible’s attention after striking down Season 25 shortly after its upload. But Next Level had been active for a while prior to this, registering their own copyrights and trademarks to Skibidi Toilet characters, and creating a website at skibiditoilet[dot]com where they claim another person as the creator of the concept.
After a lengthy lawsuit, both parties have told the court that all matters in the case have been settled, and a confidential settlement agreement has been signed. The June 10 hearing has been cancelled, deadlines are cancelled, and the court is now waiting for formal dismissal notice, or status report.
