LawByMike shared a post on YouTube updating fans on his involvement with the Skibidi Toilet situation.
He states that while he won’t be making a follow up video, he spent time looking into the situation and speaking with people and that his offer to help still stands, and he continues to support #LetBoomSpeak.

Some fans took this to mean a direct confirmation that Alexey never got in touch with Mike, despite following Mike on X – however, this is not what Mike said.
It should be noted that the exact interaction with Boom/Mike is unknowable at this time, and any assumption is just an assumption. Alexey and Mike may have spoken or continue to speak extensively in private. There could be plenty happening behind the scenes we’ll never be able to be aware of due to confidentiality. Jumping to assumptions and conclusions of someone’s private actions and motives is a trap of them needing to stay silent – they can’t clarify.
Importantly, any hope that Alexey peruses litigation against Invisible needs to also consider that this type of action would be a monumental decision that could not be taken lightly, on a whim, or simply because legal support has been publicly offered by an influencer/lawyer. Even if you’re in the right, or even if you eventually win, litigation can become unfathomably expensive and can last for years.
Besides litigation, another potential resolution is a scenario where Invisible addresses the underlying issues, allows Alexey to speak freely, and creates conditions he would actually be comfortable working under.
Litigation, while decisive and dramatic, is not the only possible outcome.
